Eli brings his wealth of culinary experience, both local and international, to his hometown in Augusta, Maine. Eli’s vision with The Oak Table & Bar is to bridge the gap between chef and guest and create a transparent environment that allows the flavors and local ingredients to tell their own story.
Kyle has created a beverage menu to pair with Eli’s vision and food. With a Scotch-forward focus, the bar will feature custom cocktails crafted with premium spirits and local ingredients.
